A Revolution In Airport Concessions

Going to the airport is one of the most stressful things in our modern world. Getting stuck at the airport is even worse. But it doesn’t have to be. We want to change the way our guests at the airport think about their time there. And we believe the change we want to see in Airport Concessions starts with our team.

Our Team

Taking care of our guests starts with taking care of our team. That’s why we focus on taking care of our team members, and even their families as our first mission. Everyone says “we provide exceptional customer service,” even us. But we take care of our guests by taking care of the people who take care of our guests. To quote one of our business heroes:

“Our people are our single greatest strength and most enduring longterm competitive advantage.” Gary Kelly, CEO Southwest Airlines.

We work with prime operators. our partnered brands, and our internal team members to build an environment of security where our team members can feel empowered to do their best, and to take exceptional care of our guests. We call this the “trickle down environment”.

Imagine walking through the Airport, one of the most chaotic places ever, and finding an oasis of relaxation and genuine enjoyment. Where our guests feel at home, because our team members are excited to be at work. Wouldn’t that be revolutionary?

Our Mission

At Sky Blue Airport we are reimagining the airport experience. We want to bring the quality and comfort of local brands, to the airport without losing the guest experience and customer service that make those brands uniquely loved. Expect more…enjoy more…go forward.
